HAARP Mind Control

In our first inclusion, we brought you into what the HAARP program is and one of its possible features of Weather Control. Now let’s journey deeper inside the rabbit hole and discover another tentacle of the HAARP program, that being Mind Control. Could there really be technology available that could not only control a person’s behavior, mood and actions but have the ability to control human activity upon large masses? Let’s find out.

The HAARP radio transmissions are the exact same frequencies as in all human brains and how they normally function. HAARP has the capability to generate radio frequencies up to 435 MHz. Frequencies between 400-450 MHZ is the window to human consciousness because it is our subconscious background frequency. These frequencies generated from HAARP can be used to alter what we perceive as reality.

The HAARP patent has been issued by the government to allow those involved with this program exclusive rights to create and develop the technology that can use certain frequencies for “inducement into the brain”. Imagine the capability to control the minds of people electromagnetically? This has been in the works since 1962; that tells us they have been progressively on this project for almost 50 years. The project would not have been continued unless there were results. So that leaves me to wonder, just how much has this program advanced.

Through this project scientists can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude ‘emotion signature clusters’, synthesize them and store them on a computer. This allows them to study the subtle characteristics of brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion. Scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave and can now duplicate it. Now they can silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion and reproduce it in another human through these frequencies. In short, this capability can implant a specific thought or command into the minds of people. Huge numbers of people within a population can suddenly receive simultaneous thoughts or commands, causing many numbers of them to suddenly carry out any act imposed on them. Accurately- timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of fluctuations that produce relatively high levels over certain regions of the earth. In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period.

So why hasn’t anyone questioned these happenings? They have and here is what was communicated to them. If a weapon is classified as “non-lethal” the public does not need to know about it, therefore it cannot prohibit its deployment. The HAARP Mind Control technology is classified as a non-lethal weapon. The military most probably now have the tools to make potential enemies see and believe things that do not exist.

They already control; the media, banks, churches, lawyers, doctors, insurance agencies and school systems etc. So is it so hard to believe that we see reality or should I say artificial reality through what these agencies tell us is reality. Even if you don’t believe what they tell you on television, this technology is making your own conscience tell you it’s real. And who is to say what is on television isn’t reality and what you perceive is? A twisted world we live in isn’t it? Mass populations may be living the lives of slaves without realizing it.
